Animatronics & Figures

What are animatronics?

Animatronics are mechanical or electrical figures that move and are often combined with sound and lighting effects. They are used especially for Halloween to create eerie effects and frighten visitors. They are best known from haunted houses or the horror game series Five Night’s at Freddy’s. These animated figures come in all sizes and shapes and with various functions.

How do animatronics work?

Most Halloween animatronics are battery-operated, making them easy to set up anywhere. Assembly takes just a few minutes, so the figures are quickly ready for use. Only the very large models require a power connection, but they deliver particularly impressive effects. As a rule, the animated decorative figures react to loud noises or touch, so they start at exactly the right moment. Some figures are even equipped with a motion sensor and switch on automatically to give your guests a surprise fright.

Which animated figure is right for me, and how do I create the perfect horror scene?

The best way to use Halloween animatronics depends entirely on your plans. If you are planning a large Halloween party, several moving figures with sound and lighting will create the right atmosphere. Anyone wishing to create their own haunted house can place various horror figures at strategic points to surprise visitors again and again. Even a single figure combined with simple decorations such as spider webs and a gravestone can create an impressive scene in the entrance area. At Kostümpalast, you will find the right Halloween figures & animatronics for every occasion.
