Delivery within Germany takes 1–3 days. We do not ship on Saturdays. DHL also delivers packages on Saturdays; express deliveries are available for an additional charge.
For orders placed by 12 noon, paid orders will be shipped the same day. (During the carnival season in January/February, shipping times may be extended.)

Prices and shipping costs

The prices include statutory VAT. Shipping costs depend on the shipping method and will be clearly communicated to you before you submit your order.

When it has to be fast!

Once your goods have been shipped, you will always receive a shipping email with your package status. You can use this link to DHL to find out where your package is.

Express shipping:

For orders placed by 3 p.m., delivery will take place the following day (Saturday delivery for an additional charge). Express surcharge: €14.99 for up to 3 kg volumetric weight. For more than 3 kg, a bulky-goods surcharge of at least €8 applies, depending on the volumetric weight. For express shipping, please choose a fast payment method, as the order will only be shipped after payment has been confirmed.

If you are not at home, you may provide a different delivery address or inform the express courier by leaving a note on the doorbell indicating where the package can be left. A second delivery can only be arranged for the following day. You will then find a card in your mailbox with details of whom to contact.

Saturday delivery:

For orders placed by Friday at 3 p.m., Saturday delivery is possible. The fee for express delivery with Saturday delivery is €14.99 + €12.00, for a total of €26.99. Bulky goods: additional €10

Cash-on-delivery delivery (domestic only):

Only available for orders placed by telephone. The cash-on-delivery fee is €15.99. For successful delivery, someone must be available to accept the package and have the exact amount of money ready. If you cannot be present yourself, please give the money to someone you trust and/or leave a note on the door for the delivery driver stating where the package can be left. If delivery is not possible, you will find a DHL collection card in your mailbox. The collection period is generally 7 days.

Unfortunately, cash-on-delivery delivery abroad or by express is not possible.

The cash-on-delivery service fee is charged even if you refuse to accept the delivery, for example because you do not have the necessary means of payment or because you exercise your right of withdrawal.

If you are a customer of a DHL Packstation, post office branch, LAS Burg, or another parcel drop-off point and have the corresponding customer card, you can easily have your order delivered to a different address. To do so, please enter the relevant customer details in the designated fields in the delivery address section. In the billing address section, always also enter your residential address.

We do not issue invoices to DHL Packstations, LAS Burg, or post office branches.
