Pay conveniently, easily, and securely. We offer you various payment options.

Payment in advance

Please pay for your order within 7 days by bank transfer in advance. The goods will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment . Please allow for different bank processing times of 1–3 days (including online banking). You will receive the bank details and all necessary information with the order confirmation, which you will automatically receive immediately after placing your order. Please be sure to enter your Internet order number as the payment reference (not the item number). It happens repeatedly that we cannot assign incoming payments when the payer and the customer who placed the order are not the same.

Additional fees apply to payments from abroad in a different currency, and we do not cover them. We recommend using the affordable SEPA procedure and paying in euros. This way, only the usual fees for a domestic transfer apply.
Please do not select fee sharing, as otherwise the full payment amount will not reach us and requesting the outstanding amount will delay delivery.

Payments from abroad

Please note that we do not cover foreign transaction fees (bank charges). For payments from abroad, use the affordable and fast SEPA procedure (not an international transfer). When making your transfer, select “no fee sharing.” Otherwise, we will have to request the outstanding costs from you, which will delay shipping. Please always pay the final amount shown on the order confirmation.
