Description

Sheriff Star and Bolo Tie Cowboy Necktie

Even in the Wild West, you want to look your best. This decorative set consists of a sheriff star to pin on and a bolo tie, also known as a cowboy necktie, featuring a buffalo head made of silver-colored metal. Cowboys aren’t the only ones who wear it. Wild cowgirls also love wearing a necklace like this.

A bolo tie is also known as a Texas tie. This type of cowboy necktie consists of a cord or leather strap worn around the neck and fastened with a decorative clasp.

In the USA, this neckwear is worn with cowboy costumes and country-western clothing. When western riding and at rodeos, the cowboy necktie is part of the riders’ decorative attire.

In England in the 1950s, this neckwear became known as bootlace ties and was popular among the Teddy Boys, or Teds.
