The foil balloon is filled with helium or air through the valve on the underside—using a thin tube or straw inserted only a few centimeters into the air chamber. Please do not overinflate it, as the balloon may otherwise burst.

Since the foil balloon conducts electricity, you should hold it close to your body near railway power lines. When using the balloon outdoors, it should be weighted appropriately so that it does not fly away. UV radiation reduces the lifespan of foil balloons. Use a string or a stick when transporting it. The balloon is not suitable for children under 3 years of age.

We ship all paid orders received by 3:00 p.m. on the same day (except Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). We will automatically send you a shipping email with the parcel tracking number so that you can track your shipment. When paying by bank transfer in advance, please allow for the corresponding bank processing times of up to 3 days. Under normal conditions, delivery takes 1–3 days, depending on the distance.

We are located near Stuttgart. All orders within a radius of approximately 200 km that are received before noon will be delivered the following day, even without express shipping. Parcels to northern Germany, on the other hand, require 2–3 days under normal conditions.

Express delivery is also available upon request. For orders placed by 3:00 p.m., delivery takes place within 1–2 business days.
