With a gift voucher from Kostümpalast, you are giving someone the freedom to choose from our wide range of costumes. Whether for carnival, Halloween, themed parties, festivals, concerts, birthdays, or special events, the recipient can simply choose their favorite costume or suitable accessories themselves.

The gift voucher is conveniently sent by email and contains an individual voucher code for redemption in our online shop.

Send the Voucher Directly as a Gift

Would you like to send the voucher directly to the recipient? Select the “Send as a gift” option and enter the desired email address.

You can also provide a name, a personal message, and a desired delivery date. The voucher will then be sent directly to the specified email address.

If you do not select the “Send as a gift” option, you will receive the gift voucher at the email address provided with your order and can then pass it on yourself.

How the Gift Voucher Works

1. Choose a voucher value of 25 €, 50 €, 75 € or 100 € and add the voucher to your shopping cart.

2. Decide whether you would like to receive the voucher yourself or give it as a gift directly. For direct delivery, select “Send as a gift” and enter the recipient’s details.

3. Once the order has been completed, the gift voucher will be sent by email with an individual voucher code.

4. The voucher code can be entered in the designated field during the checkout process when shopping in our online shop. The available voucher balance will automatically be deducted from the order value.

If the order value is higher than the available voucher balance, the remaining amount can be paid using another available payment method.

If the order value is lower than the available balance, the remaining amount will stay on the voucher and can be used for a later order.

Further Information

The gift voucher can be redeemed in the Kostümpalast online shop.

Cash payment or partial cash payment of the voucher balance is not possible.

The available balance can be used for multiple orders until it has been fully used.

The gift voucher cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher.

Gift vouchers can generally be used together with valid discount codes.
