Minerva McGonagall Children’s Costume from Harry Potter

Professor McGonagall is without a doubt one of the most important and significant characters in the Harry Potter stories. She can transform into animals, preferably a cat, and is strict but always fair. The children’s Professor McGonagall costume consists of a long, sleeveless black dress. It has a stand-up collar and fastens at the back with hook-and-loop tape. The beautiful fabric brooch is sewn on. Over the dress, Hogwarts’ deputy headmistress wears a stunning green velvet cloak. Both hems on the left and right are trimmed with satin fabric decorated with a lovely vine pattern. The cloak attaches to the front of the dress at two hook-and-loop fastening points.

The black velvet witch’s hat that Professor McGonagall always wears is, of course, also included. It has a green satin hatband with a beautiful sheen. A ring is sewn all the way around the wide brim, giving the wizard’s hat a stable shape.

The costume is washable at 30 degrees using hand wash. Shoes are not included.
