Over the muscle suit, which is padded around the upper arms, Thanos wears armor that protects the chest. The fabric armor piece is also padded and quilted. Like the jumpsuit, the chest armor fastens at the back with hook-and-loop tape. A cool printed loincloth hangs down at the front.
